METAMİN Mümessillik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İstanbul - Beylikdüzü tesislerinde 1992 yılından bu yana prefabrik refrakter malzemeler üretmektedir.
Üretilen bu prefabrik refrakter malzemeler çelik üretim tesislerindeki sıvı çelik potalarının gaz üfleme ve sürgü sistemlerinde kullanılmaktadır. Gaz üfleme sistemi refrakter malzemeleri ile asal gazlar üflenmesi suretiyle pota içindeki sıvı çelik banyosunun karıştırılması sağlanmaktadır.
Gaz üfleme sistemleri için üfleme tuğlaları, kılıf tuğlaları, çanak tuğlaları, baskı tuğlaları ve çeşitli örüm harçları, pota sürgü sistemleri için ise nozul tuğlaları, çanak tuğlaları ve örüm harçları üretim programımızda yeralmaktadır.
Bu prefabrik refrakter malzemelerden başka özellikle demir-çelik üretim tesislerinde kullanılmakta olan diğer standart veya özel prefabrik elemanlar da üretimimiz dahilindedir. 1997 yılından itibaren üretime katılan refrakter harçlar ile ürün seçeneklerimiz genişletilmiştir.
Her geçen gün yeni malzemeler ile genişleyen ürün yelpazesini teknik destek hizmetleri ile müşterilerine sunan METAMİN hizmette sınır tanımamaktadır.
METAMİN METAMIN Mümessillik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. has been producing refractory products for the sleel industry since 1992.
These prefabricated refractory products are used in gas purging systems and sliding gate systems of ladles at steel production plants. Liquid steel bath in the ladle is stirred by blowing inert gases with the help of gas purging system prefabricated refractory members.
Our production programme offers gas purging plugs, sleeves, well blocks, distance rings and installation mortars for gas purging systems and nozzle bricks, well blocks and installation mortars for ladle sliding gate systems.
Besides these prefabricated refractory products, other standard and custom-made parts used in steel production plants are also within our scope of production. Our product spectrum has widened with the refractory mix and mortar production in 1997.
METAMİN sees no limits in service with its everyday growing product selection and technical support services.
METAMİN Mümessillik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. produziert seit 1992 in Beylikdüzü - İstanbul feuerfeste Fertigbauteile.
Die Produktion von feuerfesten Fertigbauteile werden in Stahlwerken in Flüssigstahlpfannen bei Gasspül- und Schieber-Systemen verwendet. Mit Gasspülsystem feuerfesten Materialien werden Inertgase in das Stahlbad eingeblasen um den Stahlbad zu rühren.
Für Gasspülsysteme werden Spülkegeln, Hülsen, Lochsteine, Halteringe und verschiedene Einbaumörteln produziert. Für Pfannenschiebersysteme befindet sich in unserem Produktionsprogram, Hülsen, Lochsteine und Einbaumörteln.
Neben der oben angeführten feuerfesten Materialien werden für Stahlwerke standard oder spezielle Fertigbauteile produziert. Unsere Produktpalette hat sich im Laufe 1997 mit feuerfesten Massen und Mörtel vergrössert.
METAMİN sieht keine Grenzen in Serviceleistungen an seine Kunden mit seiner ständig vergrössernde Produktpalette sowie technische Unterstützung.
We are producing special prefabricated refractory shapes, mainly for the steel industry, according to specific needs of our customers.
- Examples of such shapes are electric arc and ladle furnace electrode ring blocks, roof sections, oxygen and stirring lances, furnace panels, burner blocks, billet furnace lining blocks.
- Raw material choice, construction design, production and supervision of such special prefabricated refractory blocks are done by our team of experts in close cooperation with our customers.
- Strictly controlled production methods ensure high quality and performance of such blocks where customers save installation time and labour and increase productivity.
We are producing gas purging system refractories in a wide range of shapes and raw material qualities and offer them according to specific needs of our customers.
- Different height of systems help us to suit the purge plug system in the best way to the ladle lining.
- There are 6 different shapes of purge plugs in standard production programme.
- Stirring gas is passed through thin slits in the dense refractory body, while eliminating risk of steel infiltration.
- All purge plugs are equipped with an optical wear indicator and operators can determine the right time to change a worn plug with a new one.
Refractory mixes and mortars are a part of our production programme. Main raw materials used are tabular alumina and bauxite.
- Castable mixes with low-,ultra-low-, and no-cement content, either to be applied under vibration or self-levelling are produced according to application area.
- Main application areas are hot/cold repairs of ladles and furnaces, original lining of high temperature furnaces, electric arc and ladle furnace roofs, tundish safety lining, panels and roof constructions to be cast with refractory at site.
- Mortars used in joints like in gas purging and sliding gate systems are present in our programme as well.
We are producing sliding gate system refractories in a wide range of shapes and raw material qualities and offer them according to specific needs of our customers.
- In our programme are well blocks and nozzles for different sliding gate systems, except sliding plates.
- Steel cases for collector or outer nozzles are our own production and enable us quote for shorter production time.
- Gas purging nozzles for sliding gate systems are present in programme.
- Customer specific well blocks in dimensions are produced to suit the ladle bottom refractory lining thickness.
